Welcome to MyClaudia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyClaudia website, assessments, AI coaching tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Educational Purposes Only. MyClaudia provides an educational framework for emotional intelligence and self-development. The Services are not a clinical diagnosis, psychiatric evaluation, or substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or are in danger, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
AI Features. The Services utilize artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate insights, coaching suggestions, and responses. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate information, AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or offensive. You should not rely on AI-generated responses for making significant life, financial, legal, or medical decisions.
Our Content. The Services, including the Claudia Score™ framework, assessment questions, archetypes, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of MyClaudia and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Content. You retain all rights to the personal data, journal entries, and feedback you provide ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant MyClaudia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Fees. Certain aspects of the Services, such as the Premium AI Coach and Growth Blueprints, require payment of fees. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in these Terms.
Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You agree not to use the Services to:
"AS IS" Basis. The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyClaudia and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
