Some assessment responses may relate to emotional wellbeing or behavioural patterns. Although MyClaudia is not a medical or mental healthcare provider, we protect this information using enhanced safeguards and process it only where permitted by law and, where required, with your explicit consent.

AI-generated insights are intended to support self-reflection and personal development only. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and should not replace qualified professionals.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

We process information on the basis of consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests and legal obligations, as applicable under UK GDPR.
